Biography:
Mohammed Elgassier is a director and photographer. He started his profession as a photographer in 2013 as a hobby, but he then developed his skills. He studied business administration and programming.
His journey in making documentaries started by participating in capacity-building programs with Libya Film Institute “LFI” and DW.
In 2018 Mohammed participated in a short drama film “break” as a DOP, and then he directed 2 short films, the latest being “Stay”, produced in 2020.
Mohammed’s first documentary film “Steps” as a director was made with Libya Film Institute.
Meanwhile, Mohammed is working on several projects as a director which varies from documentaries to fiction films.
