Biography:

Abulmomen Aburgiga has a rich experience in photography. and very passionate about filmmaking. He started his career as a photographer for events organized by Expertise France in 2017, where he was responsible for event documentation through shooting and editing photos. He then became more engaged in videography as a gimbal operator and director of photography, where his tasks included the preparation and operation of cinematic cameras, translating the storyboard into advertisement scenes, supporting the director with lighting as well as bringing the scenes to life.

His most important work in advertisements is his work for Almadar Telecom in Ramadan 2021 and 2022, Libya Telecom and Technology between 2020 and 2022, and finally Tripoli Optics group.

Abulmomen worked on a short film titled “Going back to Normality” about Tawergha City, funded by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), in addition to 2 Covid-19 awareness films for RNW Media and the Danish Refugee Council (DRC).
